Yeah It Is Hard To Believe But That Is the Reason Austrailia Was Invented - To House The Criminally Insane

Ah well the maggot is up to his old tricks again.

(I won't be offering links because A) they are not necessary and B) the whole point of the maggot doing this stuff is because he wishes to attract attention to himself)

For those unaware of the story so far, we have had jokes about my stillborn daughter Ethel, then there was the claim that me and the missus killed her and now the self proclaimed protector of children has decided to report us to social services on the grounds that we are a risk to Freddie.

To be frank I haven't been bothering to keep up with all of the twists and turns of his latest nonsense (I only know this because I happened to find his apparently ever changing press release).

I have been to see a solicitor about suing for libel over the murder allegations, and clearly we have an excellent case because there is absolutely no evidence of such a thing - though no doubt the self proclaimed protector of children (a.k.a the maggot) will claim it is suspicious that our daughter was cremated (so sick and desperate is he) (actually maggot, go on make that charge and see if it will stand up in court - and we'll bring the medical reports, the midwives and the doctors) - I probably shouldn't say this as it will only encourage him - but simply mention it in order to show the level of desperation and depravity that he will sink to.

Now the thing is, the maggot claims to be a successful businessman, with lots of high profile clients including the Salvation Army (but then he also claimed that the Catholic Church would give references for any worried 'Auntie' wishing take up his offer, this ad appeared on what seemed to be a dating site for spankers - which makes me wonder why the Catholic Church would be giving references for such things).

But I do wonder what kind of 'successful' and 'highly respected' company issues press releases on it's company website suggesting that unknown poets and bloggers are peadophiles?

Um.......?

I would suggest that the answer is none.

Which brings me to the problem.

Because the first stage of the process is a letter asking the maggot to cease and disist from further unhinged attacks, to remove all content, to not make further reference to me or my family.... that sort of thing.... with the threat that should the maggot not comply with this request that legal action will follow.

As my solicitor put it, this usually works with reasonable people but that this person appears to not be reasonable and indeed appears hellbent on destruction.

After that you get into the issue of suing.

Which brings me back to the issue of his company website etc.

The point is that while any legal action is a banker, in terms of the maggot actually having no defence on the grounds for his belief that either myself or the missus killed Ethel - for the simple reason that we didn't and there has never been any suggestion that we did from any of the medical staff that saw her (yeah I know I shouldn't have to say these things, but you know) - which therefore means that the judgement will be in our favour and we will recieve the costs of bringing the action and damages. If he has no money or saleable assests then it could be years before we recieve the money.

Which takes me back to the point about his 'company' issuing a press release - which I alays thought was supposed to be sent to the press, not never mind - claiming that I am a peadophile and that Jill Havern is stalking him.

The peadophile claims that appear to form the basis of his reporting of me and the missus to the child protection unit of social services appears to based on a poem I wrote called Clock Watching, and specifically lines from the second stanza:

"Late at night, when soaked in wine, I pull
your picture from the jumble of porn
that fills my computer; and wonder why
you look so tired, mouth open,
caught in dreamingmfrom a sleep which
I cannot wake you."

The basis of the complaint from the maggot, in his role as concerned citizen and child protection tzar, is that I apparently have an unhealthy interest in connecting pictures of children to sexual imagery.

Now first off I would say that it would be a pretty extraordinary man who doesn't have porn on their computer, whether this be actual sexual images or the pornography of random violence in computer games - or just the pornography that is the internet. And if you consider the first stanza and it places this into context:

"The days sometimes brighten: sometimes it rains
and we await one full cycle of the moon.
In fact the time is marked out in memories
and opposites. Or in snatched glances of reminders,
like my mother's lips, or girlfriends nose."

You will see that the reason the idea of the sacred and the profane is contrasted is because the poem is about opposites and being unable to deal with numbness of death. And the way in which one becomes fixated by an idea or memory so that everything else in the world is base and rank and wasted, and time just passes unseen.

But anywho....

You are not supposed to consider these things, you are meant to see the sinister connection, and applaud the child protection tzar for being both a poor critic and and a rectitudinous citizen (some would say loud mouthed moron).

Actually leaving aside the seriousness of the accusation, the maggot's current obsession with me being a child pornographer and his inciting people to attack me, is rather funny, because it is based on a comment I made about him, in anger, shortly after he started making jokes about my dead daughter. This goes back months now, which is a sign of just how little this obsessive failure actually has going on in their life that they should keep this whole thing going.

At the time the accusation against me was that I made up the whole thing about Ethel and her dying in an effort to get sympathy (yeah I know - but hey! he's a widely respected blogger - which explains why he spends so much time drumming up 30 second visits on blogexplosion). My reply to this lunacy (and it is all time dated in the archives of this blog, so you can check who said what and when) was that I was not about to publish pictures of Ethel on the net just to prove she existed. This would have been disrespectful to her, and given the type of person the maggot clearly is, doubly disrespectful because I suspect him to be the type of person who would masturbate over such an image; just as I suspect his interest in Madeliene McCann is less about child welfare or seeking justice (whatever that means in the McCann case) and more about his interest in children - and let's face it he is a single man in his fifties, who lives with his mother, in some versions of the story was married (his version) but in others was not (not his version), who has an interest in boxing, sado-masochist sex, spanking young girls, blackmailing women and bullying people on line into divorce and nervous breakdown..... as a parent would you let this man look after your children? As a parent would you be happy that this man even looked at you children?

The reasoning behind my suspicion that he masturbates over pictures of children this is pretty simple. Ands is pretty much summed up in the your reaction as to whether you would be happy for this creepy guy to be hanging around your children - yeah I know it is stereotyping and probably wrong but that is human nature.

Does anyone else find it creepy that the maggot claims to be speaking for Madeliene?

And then there is the issue of his writing pornographic stories about spanking teenage girls, who all mysteriously are 16. Personally I find the whole teen-porn-thing rather dubious because it doesn't take a genius to work out that what such people are interested in is children, but they have a handy get out when tapped on the shoulder - 'I thought she was 16'. Yeah right.

Anywho....

This clearly struck a nerve with the maggot because he then claimed that I was somehow offering to pimp him 'mucky pictures' of my daughter.

Now quite why I would do this in the middle of row with someone who has resorted to such low tactics - though perhaps subconsciously this is what he wants as a form of peace offering (who knows what goes on in that pervy head of his) - as to insult and ridicule a much loved and wanted child who died for no other reason - and this would seem to be the reason - than a) she grew too quickly (see blog about stillbirth for discussion on size) or b) she was killed by two days of frost (the flat we had was unheated - or rather it was heated officially by the heating didn't work and they wouldn't fix it because the flats were due for demolition and there was a gas fire in the living room so this met government requirements on habitability - which was not a lot of use when it was minus 9 in the bedroom) - now leave all of this common sense aside for a moment....

And consider what sort of person thinks that I have those sort of pictures of my daughter..... yes the sort of person who advises the Salvation army - think about that the next time you see the tambourine bangers acting all holier than thou and asking for money, because you never know instead of a good course, that money might well be going to the maggot to fund his campaign of hatred, libel and bullying.

I am not sure who many people reading this have been in the situation of delivering a stillborn child. But no doubt many of you will have been in a maternity unit or delivery suite, and you will know the way things are set up....
No actually I won't take you back to the hour we spent with Ethel after the midwife had dressed her and given us a card with a lock of her hair and her hand and foot prints..... because like most of what the maggot has to say it is to stoopid and sick for me to even consider trying to explain how and why I didn't take pervy pictures of my daughter.

Instead I shall make reference to the play the Comedians by Trevor Griffiths and in particular the speech by Waters, the group leader, who recounts the time that he visited a concentration camp at the end of the war, when he was touring with ENSA, and his reaction to seeing the death and the destruction was to get an erection.

Now no doubt the maggot would have this play banned (because it is amusing to note the priggishness and total unreality of his opinions - which I guess must have something to do with living with mother), and will claim that this is yet another inappropriate use of sex - but the fact is that the play exists and because I aware of the nature of the internut, and the number of hate filled people, and the point of Waters speech being that comedy should not be about hate, and free speech is not about the right to speak freely for the sake of talking, and that humanity needs to get beyond hatred in order to find humanity (all of which good comedy does) - because I am aware of this, hence my reluctance to post a picture of my dead daughter for fear that people filled with hate and rage at a life unfulfilled would find themselves unable to resist the urge.... and let's face it the maggot is just such a person, a fact proved by his constant need for attention, his whittering about awards and respect, his inability to accept criticism and his bunker mentality.

Anywho....

As regular readers will know I have not comented on the various fantasies from the maggot for months, since I figured that what he wants is for me to bite and I'm not really bothered in playing his stoopid games.... and I half suspect that if I were to obtain a subpeona to investigate his chat room in order to indict others for the libellous remarks they have made no doubt it would become clear that they are simply the maggot writing them himself - just as I suspect he got the police onto himself to paint hmself as the victim.

Anywho....

So he has reported me to social services on the basis of a poem, and they are supposed to have passed this information onto the Child Protection department of the Police - who incidentally have not recieved anything on the matter when I spoke to them yesterday - so unless the maggot wants that part of the press release added to the various libels I would suggest a quick edit is in order.

Oh and one good thing that has come out of the maggot's latest stupidity is that I have finally told the missus about what has been going on and why I went to see the solicitor etc.

Call me old fashioned but I don't like having secrets from her, but seeing as the accusation that she was a party to murdering Ethel was made at around the time in her pregnancy with Freddie that we were both mindful - and indeed the consultants were mindful - of what had happened with Ethel, and since I was expected to play the supportive role, I hardly thought it fair, or decent, that I should add this extra burden.

She was angry but not so angry as one might have expected, because as she pointed out that 'in a week or so we will have a Freddie and what has the maggot got?' - the answer is apparently an elederly mother with nice breasts, though quite why anyone (even if they thought it) would say such a thing is.... well pretty typical of what goes on in the pervy world of the maggot and the shameless pervs who surround him.

Yeah ok, the air of excitement about Freddie has been slightly dented on account of having to consider what social services might do (who knows what goes on in their heads?), but as the missus pointed out (and she used to work with them) they are dealing with children who are raped and beaten, starved, etc - they are hardly likely to worry about the complaint of a crank from Austrailia based on the priggish paranoid interpretation of a poem.

How brave is the maggot? What a man!

Yeah I know a sad and lonely pathetic man, who lives with his mother and wastes people's time - but hey! he's a respected man, he has a respected blog, he has readers who whorship and adore him.... he's a big cheese in the world of spanking... yeah but Mike, when you have fired off your latest angry email who is it that cuddles you? And when you are twisted my words to paint me as the aggressor and you as the innocent victim, who is it the makes you a cup of tea and says that you have lovely eyes? In fact, who is it that loves you or even cares if you live or die - the answer is no-one (you wait - that will become me making a death threat.... lol) (like the time he claimed that he was going to be killed because of his views on the McCanns and there was a whole thread started on the Mirror Forums about how the maggot's life was in danger - a whole thread..... pages and pages of people asked who had threatened him and when etc the long and the short of that tale was that no one had made any threat against him - because frankly why would they? When it is so much easier to just ignore him and let him become more and more extreme until eventually he is either jailed or sent to into psychiatric care - at which point matters will have taken care of themselves).

Oh and while we are on the subject of the maggot I notice this site is still going.

Come on maggot - you'd better get on to your friends at google and have them reindex it or get yourself some more spurious and frankly pointless awards (can anyone explain to me why I have never yet found a single site that has won an award that as not as dull as ditch water?) because god forbid that your 'clients' should know what you are really like - now that's idea, get a copy of your client list and send them some useful information - and maybe their clients - so for instance if they are running, say, a firm that sells computer equipment to banks and pads out their newsletter with useless.... sorry.... useful news from around the world, and happens to use stuff from the maggot's site - well it wouldn't look that great if the banks got to hear some of those jokes about Ethel, or the other stuff - least if that firm were also to be working with certain charities. And then there is the Catholic Church and the Salvation army - one wonders what would happen if it were widely known that they were being trained by a pornographer and hate monger.

No best not let that sort of thing out of the bag - best keep firing off those emails to google maggot - to get sites reindexed or taken off line in hope that people don't find out about your maggotyness.

But then I really don't see much point in your so called victories - other's would call it domestic violence - and in some cases blackmail, ohhh there's a dirty word - because it's not like you have anyone to share them with - well nobody real - except perhaps your mother - who I hear has marvellous breasts for a woman of her age.
