A Journey in Depravity

I just wanted to post something about the current situation with regard to Mike Hitchen.

My apologies to regular readers who, like myself, find Mr Hitchen (and his nearly award winning blog) tiresome. But here is a reason for this posting.

I was of the opinion when giving Mr Hitchen the award of MORON OF THE WEEK, two weeks ago, that mention of this blog was verboten.

Which is ironic because since then Mr Hitchen has done nothing but post a link to this blog and Mr Hitchen has been crawling all over this blog like a dose of crabs.

The MORON OF THE WEEK post has become somewhat a centre of dissent against Mr Hitchen.

In the course of these dissident discussions it have been revealed that Mr Hitchen has a passion for spanking. And that he is a member of at least one newsgroup for people who like corporal punishment. Indeed he appears to act as moderator for one such forum, under the pseudonym 'the Guvnor': I believe the forum is called Spanko.

Now frankly I don't much care about the peccadillos of others.

As far as I am concerned each to their own.

I would like to tell you in detail what Mr Hitchen has been writing about me, but I cannot; for the very good reason that I haven't visited his blog to read it.... you know what they say about eavesdroppers.

Though I gather the accusation was originally that I was doing the blogging equivilent of Mike Yarwood by impersonating Mr Hitchen's regular comenters by cloning their identities.

Then the tactic changed to straight abuse. Apparently I am a 'failed journalist', 'a failed writer', 'faking mental illness', 'playing for sympathy' etc etc.

I'm not bothered about this.

The reason I know of it, is because concerned citizens of the blogosphere have decided to tell me, and though I am grateful for the concern, and laughter at the latest brain explosion from Mr Hitchen, it isn't something which concerns me.

There was an interesting discussion on All in the Mind today on the subject of bullying. In addition to the usual factors of in-groups and out-groups, (Sherif et al) there was an interesting new factor raised. It seems that betrayal of a group ideal is a key factor in bullying. Betrayal is accepted in out-groups, and is often spoken about with admiration; it is always condemned in-groups with hysterical fury.

I noticed a few days ago, when Mr Hitchen's began his attack in ernest that an offer of reconciliation was made towards the dissidents: nay an appeal:

"I'm sure that bickering and insults between two blogs, that have helped question what really happened to Madeleine and have kept up the call for the neglect at least being investigated and the McCanns brought to book for, is a bad thing. It is exactly what the people running the McCann machinery want. To get us all at each others throats and hopefully eventually drive people away from the subject.

I will be putting this on Mike's blog as well, just in case anyone thinks I'm just having a go here. Both blogs are valuable in the search for the truth. Don't let's be diverted from that. Please."

I am not sure that this is what I have been doing on this blog. In my opinion I have been casting a skeptical eye over the case and offering an alternative commentary on events. And it might seem that I am anti, but short of adopting a device akin to Garrison Keillor of starting every post, 'I don't know if Kate and Gerry McCann are innocent or guilty'; I guess you'll have to take my word for it of being impartial.

But perhaps this is the reason that Mr Hitchen has decided to bully me. I have broken the code of the anti-McCann, betrayed them if you will. Though quite why those aroud the McCann's give a toss about what is said on a blog is not explained.

The latest threat to come out of Mr Hitchen, is that the links posted by dissidents on the moron thread to his spanking forum connects to paedophilia. Supposed this matter has been reported to the police by Mr Hitchen.

(I should just point out that I do check the links to make sure they are not of that nature. If I did have the misfortune to discover anything then I will of course report it to the police. As for searching through an entire forum on the off chance, I don't think so, not least because I would rather not spend hours searching through badly written wank fiction in case someone has broken Yahoo rules.)

From what I gather, having not read the story, is that it concerns a 16 year old girl being spanked, and supposedly the story is writen by Mr Hitchen.

But then as I say if that his your bag, then good luck to you.

Not least because the fantasy of the story may not necessarily be to be the aggressor, it may be that the author wishes to explore what it would be like to be a teenage girl in the arms of a tall, hirsute man.

Though if you are a parent you might think twice before hiring such a person as a babysitter.

Oh and it seems that Mr Hitchen has a branch office in his internet empire: Spank a Secretary Day t-shirt anyone? (Though these T shirts are in no way connected to Mr Hitchen's post about violence against woman)

I have no idea if Mr Hitchen has informed the police. I suspect not, as it would appear to be counter-productive given that he, or rather his alter ego 'The Guvnor', would appear to be the moderator.

And I haven't heard anything from blogger about my cloning user profiles to launch a campaign against Mr Hitchen. Or all the other stuff his acolytes are supposed to have complained about.

In short I think it as a funny as the thought of Mr Hitchen in a cap and gown, wating for MrsJ to arrive.

Anywho....

The reason for wasting my time writing about this is because I hear Mr Hitchen and his sad crew have decided to have a go at my daughter Ethel; who died.

According to Mr Hitchen I have made up the story, though for what purpose is not clear. They also are alleged to have made jokes about her; which is perfectly believeable given the jokes they have made about Madeleiene McCann.

It just shows how low he is.

And the missus is not happy about it either; when she happened across the comments this afternoon on the forum. And as she says, "I just don't like people denying Ethel's existence.'

Now a part of me wants to threaten Mr Hitchen to shut his fucking trap and leave my daughter out of things or else.

But let's face it the chances of my going to Australia simply to punch his lights out are pretty neglible.

And equally unlikely, is that I am about to post pictures of our dead child just to prove something that does not need proving.

Not least because I suspect Mr Hitchen will mastubate over the picture, given his total lack of restraint or decency.

I realise this message will fall on deaf ears.

But I say quite simply to Mr Hitchen, feel free to slag me off all you like but leave my family out of it.

Or better still blog about something interesting and stop turning human stories into pornography.
